If something arrives faulty or incorrect, we’ll take care of it — just select the reason in the returns portal and our team will review it.
Refunds are sent to your original payment method within 5–7 business days after processing.
Need a different size? You can request an exchange through the portal.
In exchange cases, return shipping is paid upfront. Once we receive your return, we’ll process your replacement.
If you bought your item from another retailer (including Amazon), returns need to be processed directly with them.

We understand that sleep can take time to settle. That’s why every Gro Mattress comes with a 120-day trial period, giving you time to make sure it’s the right fit for your baby.
You can use the mattress as intended during this time — there’s no need to keep it unused or in its original packaging.
If within 120 days you decide the Gro Mattress isn’t right for your family, simply submit a return request through our Customer Care team. Our team will review your request and guide you through the next steps.
Once your return request is approved under the 120-day money-back guarantee, your refund will be processed to your original payment method in line with our Refunds & Exchange Policy.
