2. GIFT CARD

By purchasing or using a Love to Dream gift card, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Purchase and Redemption

   • Love to Dream gift cards are available for purchase online at lovetodream.com.
   • Gift cards can only be redeemed on the Love to Dream website and cannot be used in physical retail stores or other websites.
   • Each gift card is issued with a unique code that must be entered at checkout to redeem its value.

2. Delivery

   • Gift cards are delivered via email to the purchaser or the designated recipient’s email address upon completion of the purchase.

3. Expiration

   • Love to Dream gift cards are valid for 3 years from the date of purchase. Any unused balance after the expiration date will be forfeited.

4. Balance and Usage

   • The gift card balance can be applied to the total cost of purchases, including taxes and shipping.
   • If the total purchase exceeds the gift card balance, the remaining amount must be paid using another accepted payment method.
   • Gift cards can be used in conjunction with valid discount codes or promotional offers.

5. Refunds and Returns

   • Gift cards are non-refundable and cannot be redeemed for cash or credit.
   • Items purchased with a gift card can be returned or exchanged according to Love to Dream’s standard return policy. Refunds for such returns will be credited back to the gift card balance.

6. Lost or Stolen Gift Cards

   • If a gift card is lost or stolen, the purchaser must contact Love to Dream’s Customer Care team with proof of purchase to request a reissue.

7. Multiple Gift Cards

   • Multiple gift cards can be purchased in a single transaction. Each gift card will have its own unique code.

8. Restrictions

   • Gift cards cannot be used to purchase other gift cards.
   • Love to Dream gift cards are intended for personal use and cannot be resold or used for unauthorized commercial purposes.

9. General

   • Love to Dream reserves the right to update or modify these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice.
   • Misuse of gift cards or violation of these terms may result in cancellation of the gift card without a refund.

Offer is ongoing for first time subscribers to the Love To Dream™ newsletter. First time subscribers will receive a 10% discount code by email which can be used on full priced items only on the Love To Dream™ website. Discount code is valid until date provided in email and needs to be manually entered at checkout. Not eligible in conjunction with other discounts, promotions, bundles or gift cards. 10% Review Reward Code

Offer commenced on May 16, 2024, and ends on September 1, 2025 for Love To Dream™ product reviews. Love To Dream™ customers who submit a product or site review will receive a 10% discount code by email which can be used on full priced items only on the Love To Dream™ website. Discount code is valid until date provided in email and needs to be manually entered at checkout. Not valid in conjunction with other discounts, promotions or bundles and excludes One Piece Rompers and Gift Certificates. Not transferable, returnable, or redeemable for cash, in whole or in part.

Promotion Overview & Promoter

This Monthly Sleep Machine Giveaway (the "Love to Dream Inc., Company Number: 6917019, (the "Promoter"). The Promotion provides eligible individuals with an opportunity to win one (1) of five (5) Love to Dream™ Sleep Machines each month by submitting a product review on the Promoter's website, or via a review request email.

Eligibility

The Promotion is open to residents of the United States of America, excluding residents of Alaska and Hawaii, aged 18 years or older at the time of entry. Employees, officers, directors, and agents of the Promoter, its subsidiaries, affiliates, advertising, and promotion agencies, and their immediate family members (spouse, parents, siblings, and children) and household members are not eligible to enter or win. Void where prohibited by law.

Promotion Period

Each monthly draw (a "Promotion Period") begins on the first calendar day of the month at 00:01 AM and ends on the last calendar day of the month at 11:59 PM. All entries must be received within the respective Promotion Period to be eligible for that month's draw.

How to Enter

Entry by Product Review (No Purchase Necessary): To enter, visit www.lovetodream.com and navigate to any product page. Submit a genuine review for any product on our website. You DO NOT need to have purchased the product directly from lovetodream.com to submit a review and enter the draw, but reviews must be based on genuine experience with the product. Each unique, genuine, and approved product review submitted during a Promotion Period will count as one (1) entry into that month's draw. Reviews must comply with the Promoter's website review guidelines and terms of use. The Promoter reserves the right to disqualify any review deemed inappropriate, fraudulent, or not in line with the spirit of the Promotion. Limit of a maximum of five (5) entries per person per Promotion Period, regardless of the number of reviews submitted. Multiple entries beyond this limit for the same month by the same person will be disqualified.

Prizes & Approximate Retail Value (ARV)

Five (5) prizes will be awarded each month, of one Love to Dream™ Sleep Machine per randomly drawn winner, with an Approximate Retail Value (ARV) of YSD %59.95, or a total ARV of USD $299.75. Prizes are non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and no cash alternative will be offered. The Promoter reserves the right to substitute the prize with an alternative prize of equal or greater value in the event of unforeseen circumstances. Any taxes or other costs associated with the prize receipt or use are the sole responsibility of the winner.

Winner Selection & Notification

Within seven (7) business days following the end of each Promotion Period, five (5) winners will be selected by random draw from all eligible entries received for that month. The odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received for that month's draw. The potential winners will be notified by email to the address provided with their entry within seven (7) business days of the draw. The potential winners must respond to the notification within ten (10) days to claim their prize. Failure to respond within this timeframe, or if the notification is undeliverable, may result in disqualification and alternate winners may be selected. The Promoter reserves the right to verify the eligibility of the potential winners and may require proof of identity, age, and residency.

Prize Fulfillment

Upon successful verification, the prizes will be dispatched to the confirmed winners and shipped via UPS within ten (10) business days of each winner's confirmation.

Publicity & Privacy

By entering the Promotion, entrants grant the Promoter the right to use their name, city/state/country of residence, and review content for promotional and publicity purposes without further compensation, unless prohibited by law. All personal information collected from entrants will be used by the Promoter solely for the purpose of administering this Promotion and in accordance with the Promoter's Privacy Policy, available here.

General Conditions

The Promoter reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the Promotion if any fraud, technical failures, or any other factor beyond the Promoter's reasonable control impairs the integrity or proper functioning of the Promotion, as determined by the Promoter in its sole discretion. The Promoter is not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, invalid, unintelligible, or misdirected entries, which will be disqualified. The Promoter is not responsible for any incorrect or inaccurate information, whether caused by website users, tampering, hacking, or by any of the equipment or programming associated with or utilized in the Promotion. By participating, entrants agree to be bound by these Official Terms & Conditions and the decisions of the Promoter, which are final and binding in all matters relating to this Promotion. 2. What is the offer: Provide an email address for your friend and they will receive a $5 discount code (“code”) for purchases of $25 or more on their first order. You will also receive a $5 code for making the referral after your friend makes a purchase using the code.
3. How to apply for the offer: To apply, complete our referral form at www.lovetodream.com/pages/refer-a-friend and provide your friend's email address to send an email with your unique referral link or copy your unique link and share with them directly. Your friend must click on the unique referral link, create a new account in the same session, and place an order meeting the minimum spend requirement to qualify
   • Your friend can apply this code for their first purchase of Love to Dream products with a minimum spend of $25 (excluding discounts and shipping).
   • Once your friend completes their purchase using the code, you will receive your own $5 code which shall be sent to the email address associated with your account. This code can be used on your next purchase of Love to Dream products with no minimum spend.
   • Your code will be sent within seven (7) days after your friend's order is shipped from Love to Dream.
4. Other terms and discount exclusions
   • Codes are valid for 90 days from issue, only on purchases made on www.lovetodream.com and cannot be used for prior purchases, taxes, shipping, or gift cards.
   • Both codes are valid for one-time use only, cannot be combined with other offers or promotions, and are not applicable for gift cards, third-party items, prints, or artworks.
   • By participating, you become a member of the Love to Dream Rewards scheme and an account is required to redeem your rewards.
   • This offer is subject to change or termination at any time. Love to Dream reserves the right to cancel or modify the offer at any time.
   • Each code is non-transferable, not redeemable for cash, and must be used in GBP currency. You are responsible for any tax liability resulting from the code.
   • Love to Dream reserves the right to review and disqualify any suspicious referrals. Referrers can refer an unlimited number of friends or family members. Any misuse of the referral program may result in account closure and forfeiture of codes.
