  1. PROMOTIONS

    Entry Requirements: 

    The sweepstakes will begin on the first Thursday of the month and end on the last day of the month at 11:59pm AEST (“the Sweepstakes Period”). Late entries will not be accepted.  An individual may enter the sweepstakes during the Sweepstakes Period by completing the following:

    To gain entry to the sweepstake:

    • Like the social post & be following @lovetodream
    • Tag 2 (or more!) favourite parent friends with the #parentborneveryminute #lovetodreamsweepstake
    • Sign up to the entry form via the link in bio

    Potential winners selected at random. Each sweepstake winner will be contacted via an email by Love To Dream. Each winner will be given 48 hours to accept their prize at which point they can agree or disagree to their social handle being posted in an Instagram, Facebook or Tik Tok story post as a winner announcement.

    Prize Description:  Sponsor will award a Swaddle Up of your choice prize (a “Winning Prize”) to each of three winners selected at random.  Each Swaddle Up of your choice has a retail value of not more than $50 USD. 

    1. Fulfillment of Winning Prize Awards: Baba Social agency will process and deliver a Winning Prize to each winner according to the information provided by the entrant in its entry.  Sponsor and the fulfillment agency are not responsible for correcting errors in contact or delivery information made by an entrant in the submission.   An entrant need not be present to win.   All Prizes will be awarded. 

    Terms & Conditions:

    1. A entrant may submit multiple entries one at a time and is encouraged to so.
    2. An entrant is eligible to receive only one Winning Prize in any contest or sweepstakes  promoted by Sponsor during the Sweepstakes Period. 
    3. If you sign up for our free newsletter during the Sweepstakes Period, you will be entered automatically in the Sweepstakes using the newsletter subscription information.  
    4. Sponsor is not responsible for entries not received by Sponsor during the Sweepstakes Period for any reason.
    5. Sponsor reserves the right to terminate or cancel the Sweepstakes or amend the Official Rules of the Sweepstakes and these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice.
    6. Sponsor is not responsible for inaccurate prize details supplied to any entrant by any third party connected with the Sweepstakes.
    7. No cash alternative to the prizes will be offered. Winning Prizes are not transferable prior to delivery to the Winner.  Winning Prizes are subject to availability and Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of similar retail value for any Winning Prize without prior notice to entrants or Winners.
    8. WINNER SELECTION, NOTIFICATION, AND VERIFICATION: Potential winners will be  selected at random on or about the first day of the consecutive month. Odds of winning will depend upon the number of entries received. Sponsor has the right to disqualify any entries it believes in good faith to have been submitted fraudulently or in violation of these Official Rules or applicable law.
    9. The potential winner will be notified via electronic mail and via direct message from @lovetodream at the address supplied with the entry within 5 days after the closing date of the Sweepstakes Period. If the potential winner does not respond or does not claim the prize within 48 hours after Sponsor sends notification to the address or account designated on the entry, Sponsor reserves the right to withdraw the prize from the potential winner and award the prize to another entrant selected by the same means as the original winner. Winner will be asked to agree yes or no to having their social handle included in a social media post to announce the winner
    10.  ELIGIBILITY:

    The sweepstakes is only open to residents of the United States who are eighteen (18) years of age or older at the time of entry, unless otherwise prohibited by law.  Residents of Guam, Puerto Rico and the US Virgin Islands are not eligible to enter. 

    Sponsor and its respective owners, affiliates, subsidiaries, distributors, retailers, franchisees, sales representatives, advertising and promotion agencies and each of their respective equity owners, officers, directors, agents and employees, and members of their immediate families and/or persons living in the same household as such persons, are ineligible to enter and win the Sweepstakes.  Void where prohibited. 

    1. Sponsor’s decisions in respect of all matters related to the Sweepstakes will be final and not subject to appeal or reconsideration. 
    2. USA APPLICANTS: The sweepstakes and these terms and conditions will be governed by the laws of the United States. A winner may be required to submit a W-9 tax form to receive the prize.  Winners are responsible for reporting and paying all taxes on the value of the prize.   Entrants consent and waive objections to venue and the exclusive personal jurisdiction of the state courts of Delaware and the United States District Court for the District of Delaware for any disputes, cases or controversies related to the Sweepstakes.
    3. Each entrant agrees to the use by Sponsor and its advertising and promotion agencies of his/her name, image, comments, or any other information provided in an entry in any publicity material. Any personally identifiable information and transaction data relating to the potential winner or any other entrants will be used solely in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
    4. The Sweepstakes is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with, Instagram, Facebook, Twitter or any other Social Network. Each entrant agrees to provide his/her information to Sponsor and not to any other party unless otherwise disclosed.
    5. Winner List: To obtain the [names of all prize winners/name of the prize winner], available after 1st day of the consecutive month, send a self-addressed, stamped envelope to: East Village Shopping Centre, T54, Level 3, 2/4 Defries Ave, Zetland NSW 2017
    6. Agreement to Official Rules: The sweepstakes is governed by these [promotion name] Sweepstakes Official Rules (the "Official Rules"), and is subject to all federal, state and local laws and regulations, and is void where prohibited by law.  By participating in the sweepstakes, each entrant unconditionally agrees to be bound by and comply with these Official Rules (including all eligibility requirements) and the decisions of Sponsor, which shall be final and binding in all respects.  Sponsor will determine, in its sole and absolute discretion, if an entrant is eligible and has complied with the Official Rules.


    2. GIFT CARD

    By purchasing or using a Love to Dream gift card, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

    1. Purchase and Redemption

      • Love to Dream gift cards are available for purchase online at lovetodream.com.
      • Gift cards can only be redeemed on the Love to Dream website and cannot be used in physical retail stores or other websites.
      • Each gift card is issued with a unique code that must be entered at checkout to redeem its value.

    2. Delivery

      • Gift cards are delivered via email to the purchaser or the designated recipient’s email address upon completion of the purchase.

    3. Expiration

      • Love to Dream gift cards are valid for 3 years from the date of purchase. Any unused balance after the expiration date will be forfeited.

    4. Balance and Usage

      • The gift card balance can be applied to the total cost of purchases, including taxes and shipping.
      • If the total purchase exceeds the gift card balance, the remaining amount must be paid using another accepted payment method.
      • Gift cards can be used in conjunction with valid discount codes or promotional offers.

    5. Refunds and Returns

      • Gift cards are non-refundable and cannot be redeemed for cash or credit.
      • Items purchased with a gift card can be returned or exchanged according to Love to Dream’s standard return policy. Refunds for such returns will be credited back to the gift card balance.

    6. Lost or Stolen Gift Cards

      • If a gift card is lost or stolen, the purchaser must contact Love to Dream’s Customer Care team with proof of purchase to request a reissue.

    7. Multiple Gift Cards

      • Multiple gift cards can be purchased in a single transaction. Each gift card will have its own unique code.

    8. Restrictions

      • Gift cards cannot be used to purchase other gift cards.
      • Love to Dream gift cards are intended for personal use and cannot be resold or used for unauthorized commercial purposes.

    9. General

      • Love to Dream reserves the right to update or modify these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice.
      • Misuse of gift cards or violation of these terms may result in cancellation of the gift card without a refund.

Love To Dream™ customers who submit a product or site review will receive a 10% discount code by email which can be used on full priced items only on the Love To Dream™ website. Discount code is valid until date provided in email and needs to be manually entered at checkout. Not valid in conjunction with other discounts, promotions or bundles and excludes One Piece Rompers and Gift Certificates.     1. Who we are

    2. What is the offer: Provide an email address for your friend and they will receive a $5 discount code (“code”) for purchases of $25 or more on their first order. You will also receive a $5 code for making the referral after your friend makes a purchase using the code. 
    3. How to apply for the offer: To apply, complete our referral form at www.lovetodream.com/pages/refer-a-friend and provide your friend's email address to send an email with your unique referral link or copy your unique link and share with them directly. Your friend must click on the unique referral link, create a new account in the same session, and place an order meeting the minimum spend requirement to qualify 
      • Your friend can apply this code for their first purchase of Love to Dream products with a minimum spend of $25 (excluding discounts and shipping).

    4. Other terms and discount exclusions

      • Both codes are valid for one-time use only, cannot be combined with other offers or promotions, and are not applicable for gift cards, third-party items, prints, or artworks.
      • By participating, you become a member of the Love to Dream Rewards scheme and an account is required to redeem your rewards.
