What do we charge for delivery?
Free delivery on all orders over $50. For orders under $50, we charge a flat rate of $6.00.
Where do we ship to?
We ship with UPS to all contiguous United States, EXCEPT Alaska and Hawaii. We ship to PO Box addresses, and Military Bases with USPS.
What happens after you've placed your order?
- Within 5 minutes, you’ll receive an email with your order confirmation and details. Please check your junk or spam folders as our emails unfortunately sometimes end up there.
If the email is not in your junk or spam folders, click here to reach out to our Customer Support Team for help.
- 1-2 business days after placing your order online, your order will be on its way to you. You will receive a second email with your tracking number and a link to track the shipping. Again, please check your junk or spam folders for this email.
- During sale periods, dispatch times may be longer than usual due to high order volumes. We appreciate your patience and understanding.

- 2-8 business days later, your order will be delivered. If you are located in an outlying area, this could take a little while longer. If you have not received delivery after 10 business days, please click here to contact our Customer Support Team.
Please note that we do not currently ship to Alaska or Hawaii.
