Easy Returns – $6 Flat Fee

You can generate a prepaid USPS return label through our online returns portal.

We charge a $6 flat return fee, deducted from your refund.

No guessing shipping costs. No complicated steps. Just print, pack, and send.

What Can Be Returned?

  • Items must be returned within 30 days of purchase
  • Items must be unused and in original packaging
  • Clearance items are final sale and are not eligible for change of mind returns
  • Gro Mattresses can be returned within 120 days

If something arrives faulty or incorrect, we’ll take care of it — just select the reason in the returns portal and our team will review it.

How It Works

  1. Start your return online
  2. Print your prepaid USPS label
  3. Drop it off at USPS
  4. Once received and checked, we’ll process your refund

Refunds are sent to your original payment method within 5–7 business days after processing.

Exchanges

Need a different size? You can request an exchange through the portal.

In exchange cases, return shipping is paid upfront. Once we receive your return, we’ll process your replacement.

Purchased from a Retailer?

If you bought your item from another retailer (including Amazon), returns need to be processed directly with them.
