1. Promoter: The promoter for each market (the “Promoter”) is:

• United Kingdom: Love to Dream Limited (company number 13120272) trading as Love to Dream™, 16 Great Queen Street, Covent Garden, London WC2B 5AH, United Kingdom.
• United States: Love to Dream, Inc, a Delaware corporation, 121 E 44th St, Suite A, Garden City, ID 83714, United States.

2. Giveaway name: Win A Year’s Worth of Sleepwear – Halloween Drop Giveaway.

3. Entry period: The giveaway opens at 9:00am and closes at 8:59am the following day, in each market’s local time:

• Australia: 9:00am AEST Wednesday 16 September 2026 to 8:59am AEST Thursday 17 September 2026
• United Kingdom: 9:00am BST Wednesday 16 September 2026 to 8:59am BST Thursday 17 September 2026
• United States: 9:00am EDT Wednesday 16 September 2026 to 8:59am EDT Thursday 17 September 2026

Entries received outside the entry period for the relevant market are not eligible. The time of entry is the time the order is placed, or the time the entry form is submitted, as recorded by the Promoter’s systems.

4. Eligibility: Open to legal residents of Australia, the United Kingdom and the United States who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees of Love to Dream™, its affiliated companies and agencies, and their immediate family members, are not eligible to enter.

5. Eligible products: The Halloween collection consists of three products in the ‘Black Cat Moods’ print:

• Romper – Black Cat Moods
• Short Sleeve Pajama Set – Black Cat Moods
• Long Sleeve Pajama Set – Black Cat Moods

6. How to enter: There are two ways to enter. No purchase is necessary to enter or win.

• Free entry: complete and submit the entry form embedded on the community page during the entry period. The form requires your full name, email address and country of residence. No purchase and no payment details are required. This gives you one (1) entry.
• Purchase entry: place an order on lovetodream.com in your market that includes at least one eligible product, during the entry period. This gives you one (1) additional entry. Entry is automatic when the order is placed, and no code or form is required.

Entrants may hold a maximum of two (2) entries, being one (1) for the entry form and one (1) for a qualifying order, regardless of the number of orders placed or the number of eligible products purchased. Every entry has the same chance of being drawn, whether it was obtained through the entry form or through a purchase. Entrants are allocated to the market of the store they ordered from, or to the country of residence selected on the entry form. Incomplete, illegible, duplicate or automated entries will be excluded.

7. Cancelled or refunded orders: If a qualifying order is cancelled, or refunded in full at the entrant’s request, before the draw, the associated entry is void.

8. Prize: Three (3) winners in total, being one (1) winner per market. Each winner receives a Love to Dream™ gift voucher, redeemable at the Love to Dream™ online store in their own market, to the value of:

• Australia: AU$800
• United Kingdom: £400
• United States: US$600

Prize values are set per market and are not interchangeable.

9. Prize conditions:

• The voucher is valid for twelve (12) months from the date of issue and may be used across multiple orders until the balance is spent or the voucher expires.
• The voucher is redeemable only at the Love to Dream™ online store in the winner’s market of residence, and only while stock lasts. It cannot be used on Amazon or with any retail partner.
• No cash alternative or substitution is available. The prize is not transferable and not redeemable for cash.
• The voucher cannot be used to purchase gift cards.
• Standard shipping terms and delivery timeframes apply to any order placed using the voucher.
• The winner is responsible for any tax payable as a result of accepting the prize. The Promoter recommends winners seek independent advice.
• Vouchers will be issued by email within five (5) business days of the winner confirming their details.

10. Winner selection and notification: One (1) winner will be drawn at random from all eligible entries received in each market. The draw is a game of chance and skill plays no part. Winners will be contacted by email within five (5) business days of the close of the entry period, using the email address supplied on their order or entry form.

11. Unclaimed prizes: If a winner does not respond within five (5) business days of being contacted, or if a prize is otherwise unclaimed, the Promoter reserves the right to redraw that market’s prize from the remaining eligible entries. Any further winner will be contacted by email within five (5) business days of the redraw.

12. Privacy: Personal information collected in connection with this giveaway is used to conduct the giveaway, contact entrants and issue the prize, and is handled in accordance with the Love to Dream™ Privacy Policy. Entry does not require consent to receive marketing communications. Entrants who choose to opt in may unsubscribe at any time.

13. General:

• The Promoter’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
• The Promoter may amend, suspend or cancel this giveaway where necessary, subject to applicable law and to any direction from a relevant regulatory authority.
• The Promoter is not liable for entries that are lost, delayed, corrupted or not received for any technical reason.
• Nothing in these terms limits any rights an entrant has under applicable consumer law.
• This giveaway is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by or associated with Meta, Instagram, TikTok or any other social media platform.
  
• Entry is governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia for Australian entrants, the laws of England and Wales for United Kingdom entrants, and the laws of the State of Idaho, United States for United States entrants.
