Entry Requirements: 

The sweepstakes will begin on the first Thursday of the month and end on the last day of the month at 11:59pm AEST (“the Sweepstakes Period”). Late entries will not be accepted.  An individual may enter the sweepstakes during the Sweepstakes Period by completing the following:

  • Sign up to the entry form via the link in bio

Potential winners selected at random. Each sweepstake winner will be contacted via an email by Love To Dream. Each winner will be given 48 hours to accept their prize at which point they can agree or disagree to their social handle being posted in an Instagram, Facebook or Tik Tok story post as a winner announcement.

Prize Description:  Sponsor will award a Swaddle Up of your choice prize (a “Winning Prize”) to each of three winners selected at random.  Each Swaddle Up of your choice has a retail value of not more than $50 USD. 

  1. Fulfillment of Winning Prize Awards: Baba Social agency will process and deliver a Winning Prize to each winner according to the information provided by the entrant in its entry.  Sponsor and the fulfillment agency are not responsible for correcting errors in contact or delivery information made by an entrant in the submission.   An entrant need not be present to win.   All Prizes will be awarded. 

Terms & Conditions:

  1. A entrant may submit multiple entries one at a time and is encouraged to so.
  2. An entrant is eligible to receive only one Winning Prize in any contest or sweepstakes  promoted by Sponsor during the Sweepstakes Period. 
  3. If you sign up for our free newsletter during the Sweepstakes Period, you will be entered automatically in the Sweepstakes using the newsletter subscription information.  
  4. Sponsor is not responsible for entries not received by Sponsor during the Sweepstakes Period for any reason.
  5. Sponsor reserves the right to terminate or cancel the Sweepstakes or amend the Official Rules of the Sweepstakes and these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice.
  6. Sponsor is not responsible for inaccurate prize details supplied to any entrant by any third party connected with the Sweepstakes.
  7. No cash alternative to the prizes will be offered. Winning Prizes are not transferable prior to delivery to the Winner.  Winning Prizes are subject to availability and Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of similar retail value for any Winning Prize without prior notice to entrants or Winners.
  8. WINNER SELECTION, NOTIFICATION, AND VERIFICATION: Potential winners will be  selected at random on or about the first day of the consecutive month. Odds of winning will depend upon the number of entries received. Sponsor has the right to disqualify any entries it believes in good faith to have been submitted fraudulently or in violation of these Official Rules or applicable law.
  9. The potential winner will be notified via electronic mail and via direct message from @lovetodream at the address supplied with the entry within 5 days after the closing date of the Sweepstakes Period. If the potential winner does not respond or does not claim the prize within 48 hours after Sponsor sends notification to the address or account designated on the entry, Sponsor reserves the right to withdraw the prize from the potential winner and award the prize to another entrant selected by the same means as the original winner. Winner will be asked to agree yes or no to having their social handle included in a social media post to announce the winner
  10.  ELIGIBILITY:

The sweepstakes is only open to residents of the United States who are eighteen (18) years of age or older at the time of entry, unless otherwise prohibited by law.  Residents of Guam, Puerto Rico and the US Virgin Islands are not eligible to enter. 

Sponsor and its respective owners, affiliates, subsidiaries, distributors, retailers, franchisees, sales representatives, advertising and promotion agencies and each of their respective equity owners, officers, directors, agents and employees, and members of their immediate families and/or persons living in the same household as such persons, are ineligible to enter and win the Sweepstakes.  Void where prohibited. 

  1. Sponsor’s decisions in respect of all matters related to the Sweepstakes will be final and not subject to appeal or reconsideration. 
  2. USA APPLICANTS: The sweepstakes and these terms and conditions will be governed by the laws of the United States. A winner may be required to submit a W-9 tax form to receive the prize.  Winners are responsible for reporting and paying all taxes on the value of the prize.   Entrants consent and waive objections to venue and the exclusive personal jurisdiction of the state courts of Delaware and the United States District Court for the District of Delaware for any disputes, cases or controversies related to the Sweepstakes.
  3. Each entrant agrees to the use by Sponsor and its advertising and promotion agencies of his/her name, image, comments, or any other information provided in an entry in any publicity material. Any personally identifiable information and transaction data relating to the potential winner or any other entrants will be used solely in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
  4. The Sweepstakes is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with, Instagram, Facebook, Twitter or any other Social Network. Each entrant agrees to provide his/her information to Sponsor and not to any other party unless otherwise disclosed.
  5. Winner List: To obtain the [names of all prize winners/name of the prize winner], available after 1st day of the consecutive month, send a self-addressed, stamped envelope to: East Village Shopping Centre, T54, Level 3, 2/4 Defries Ave, Zetland NSW 2017
  6. Agreement to Official Rules: The sweepstakes is governed by these [promotion name] Sweepstakes Official Rules (the "Official Rules"), and is subject to all federal, state and local laws and regulations, and is void where prohibited by law.  By participating in the sweepstakes, each entrant unconditionally agrees to be bound by and comply with these Official Rules (including all eligibility requirements) and the decisions of Sponsor, which shall be final and binding in all respects.  Sponsor will determine, in its sole and absolute discretion, if an entrant is eligible and has complied with the Official Rules.

1. Eligibility: The $100 Love to Dream™ Voucher Giveaway (the "Giveaway") is open to persons who are legal residents of, and at the time of entry are physically located within, continental United States , and are eighteen (18) years of age or older at time of entry. Residents of Guam, Puerto Rico, Rhode Island and the U.S. Virgin Islands are not eligible to enter.  Void where prohibited. All federal, state and local laws and regulations apply. Employees of Love to Dream™ (Sponsor) and their affiliates, subsidiaries and advertising and promotional agencies, judges, and the immediate family members (herein, defined as spouse, siblings, children and each of their respective spouses, regardless of residence, and any person living in such a person's household, whether related or not) of each as well as the employees of any Giveaway administrator identified in these Official Rules ("Administrator"), or of any company affiliated with the Giveaway (collectively the foregoing persons or entities ("Giveaway Entities"), are not eligible to participate. 

2. Entry Period: The Giveaway period begins at 11:00 am PDT on June 7, 2024 and ends at the end of each month. 2024 (a “Giveaway Entry Period”). Entries submitted before or after the Giveaway Entry Period will not be eligible to win a prize. The Love to Dream™ computer of Sponsor is the official timekeeping device for the Giveaway. The potential winner(s) will be selected by a random drawing, which will be held at the beginning of each month. 

3.How to Enter: There is (1) method of entry: the Meta Lead Generation form/ 

Meta Lead Generation Form Entry: Follow the prompts to the Promotion entry page; and fully complete and submit the online entry form with their personal details (first name, last name, email address, mobile number, marketing preference – Newborn, Infant, Preschooler/Todder), and select the tick box to consent to receipt of marketing from the Sponsor. Providing this information for this method enters the provider in the Giveaway. 

Online Entry and Email Entry will be referred to as “Entry(ies)” . Entries using macro, robotic, script or other forms of automatic entry will be disqualified. Sponsor may prohibit an entrant from participating in the Giveaway or winning a prize if, in its sole discretion, it determines that said entrant is attempting to undermine the legitimate operation of the Giveaway by cheating, deceiving, or using automatic entry or other unfair playing practices. Entries become the property of the Sponsor and will not be returned. Proof of submission does not constitute proof of receipt. Multiple entrants are not permitted to share the same email address. If there is a dispute as to the identity of an entrant, the prize will be awarded to the authorized account holder of the email address associated with the winning entry. The "“Authorized Account Holder"” is defined as the natural person to whom the email address is assigned by an internet service provider, online service provider or other organization (e.g., business, educational institution, etc.) that is responsible for assigning email addresses for the domain associated with the submitted email address. If a dispute cannot be resolved to Sponsor'’s satisfaction, the affected entry will be deemed ineligible. Only one (1) eligible entry per person will be accepted. By completing any prescribed entry method, the entrant will receive one (1) entry to the Giveaway. 

The entry and the prize awarded in the Giveaway is non-transferable, and no substitutions or cash redemptions will be made, other than as provided herein. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize, in whole or in part, of equal or greater monetary value if a prize cannot be awarded, in whole or in part, as described for any reason. 

A cash prize may be is considered taxable income. Consult with your tax advisor accountant on how to report any prize awarded for tax purposes. Sponsor Love to Dream™ are is not responsible for and cannot give tax advice.  Any applicable taxes and all other costs/expenses not specifically identified in these Official Rules are the sole responsibility of the winner. 

4. Prize and Its Approximate Retail Value: The winner(s) of the Giveaway will receive one (1) $100 voucher (approximate retail value (“ARV”) of $100). One (1) prize will be awarded. The total cash value of all prizes will amount to $100. Odds of winning a prize will depend upon the number of eligible Entries received during the Entry Period. Prizes displayed in advertising, marketing or promotional materials are for illustrative purposes only.  

Random Drawing and Notification: The potential winner(s) will be notified by Sponsor via e-mail within one week after of the closing date of the applicable Giveaway Entry Period. The potential winner(s) of the Giveaway will receive a unique coupon code via email, redeemable online at https://lovetodream.com/us-en/home-us. The unique coupon code can only be used once and applies to any items listed on the https://lovetodream.com/us-en/home-us online store. The prize will be delivered by mail (shipping fees apply). Winners will be announced at the beginning of each month and must respond within seven (7) days of receiving the notification email. If a winner does not respond within seven (7) days, a redraw will occur the next day. Redraw winners must respond within seven (7) days of receiving the notification email. In the event of an unclaimed prize, an alternate random drawing will be conducted at Love to Dream™ Level 3, 2-4 Defries Ave, Zetland, Sydney, 2017 NSW Australia. The potential winner of the alternate random drawing will be notified by email within seven (2) days of the alternate random drawing and will have seven (7) days to claim the prize. If there are no prize winners or if winners cannot be found, this information will be published at https://lovetodream.com/us-en/promotion-terms-conditions

The potential winners are subject to validation and verification of eligibility and compliance with these Official Rules, and may be required, at the Sponsor’s discretion, to provide additional information and to sign and return a liability release, a publicity release, and/or tax-related documents as a condition of receiving a prize. Decisions by Sponsor are final and binding. A winner may be required to submit a W-9 tax form to receive the prize. Each winner is responsible for all federal, state, local and income taxes associated with winning a prize.   

5. Privacy Policy/Data Collection: Entrants’ information collected in connection with this Giveaway may be shared with the Administrator to execute the Giveaway, and the Administrator will use such information in accordance with Sponsor’s privacy practices. Except as otherwise contemplated in these Official Rules, and to the extent Entrants may otherwise elect at the time of Entry, information provided by entrants for this Giveaway is subject to Sponsor’s privacy policy located at https://lovetodream.com/us-en/privacy-policy.  

6. General: Entrants must have a valid email address, and it is the entrant's responsibility to update the Sponsor of any change in email address. By entering this Giveaway, entrants agree to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of Sponsor and Administrator on all matters relating to the Giveaway, which are final and binding. Winners are responsible for all local, state and federal taxes on the prize, including sales or use taxes. By participating, entrant agrees to, releases and holds harmlesss the Giveaway Entities and their respective divisions, affiliates, subsidiaries, officers, directors, employees, agents and representatives (collectively "Releasees") from any injury, loss or damage to person, including death, personal injury or loss or damage to property due in whole or in part, directly or indirectly to the acceptance or use/misuse of a prize, participation in any promotion-related activity or participation in the Giveaway. By accepting a prize, winners agree, where imposing such condition is legal, that Sponsor and their designees shall have the right, but not the obligation, to use his/her name, city and state of residence and/or likeness for advertising and publicity purposes in any and all media now or hereafter known throughout the world in perpetuity without further compensation, permission or notification and, upon request, will confirm consent to such use in writing. Sponsor and Administrator are not responsible for any typographical or other error in the offer or administration of this Giveaway, or in the announcement of winner(s) and prize(s). In the event there is a discrepancy or inconsistency between statements contained in any materials and the terms and conditions of these Official Rules, these Official Rules shall prevail, governgovern, and control. In the event Sponsor is prevented from continuing with this Giveaway, or the integrity and/or feasibility of the Giveaway as planned is undermined by any event including but not limited to fire, flood, epidemic, earthquake, explosion, labor dispute or strike, act of God or public enemy, satellite or equipment failure, riot or civil disturbance, war (declared or undeclared), terrorist threat or activity, or any federal, state, or local government law, order, or regulation, order of any court or jurisdiction (each a "Force Majeure" event or occurrence), Sponsor shall have the right, in its sole discretion, to abbreviate, modify, suspend, cancel or terminate the Giveaway and award prize from among all eligible Entries received up to that date. All disputes, claims and causes of action at law or in equity (individually, "Claim") arising out of or relating to this Giveaway, the meaning or interpretation of the rules or any prize awarded shall be resolved by applying the laws of the State of New York, without regard to conflict of law's provisions therein, and shall be solely and exclusively brought in the state or federal courts within that state. All Claims shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action and all Claims, judgments and awards shall be limited to actual out-of-pocket costs incurred, but in no event include attorneys' fees, and under no circumstances will any entrant be permitted to obtain awards for, and hereby waives all rights to claim punitive, incidental, special, consequential damages and any other damages, other than for actual out of-pocket expenses, and waives all rights to have damages multiplied or otherwise increased.

This Giveaway is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with, Instagram. By entering the Giveaway, you agree to release and hold harmless Instagram from any and all liability associated with the Giveaway.
