What does TOG mean?

Put simply: The lower the TOG rating, the lighter the fabric. The higher the TOG rating, the warmer the fabric. This 1.0 TOG is ideal for MODERATE room temperatures between 20°C to 24°C.

Make sure to prepare the right size based on weight because luckily I also bought the transition swaddle with removable wings and when he started to get uncomfortable in the stage 1 swaddle, we smoothly changed him to stage 2 transition swaddle."
