- The "Arms Up" Position: Place your baby on a flat surface and lay the swaddle down open. Place your baby inside, ensuring their arms are positioned in the "wings" at the top. This allows them to sleep in their natural Arms Up™ position.
- Zip and Secure: Zip the swaddle up to the top. The Swaddle Up™ is designed to be snug around the torso to mimic a "familiar hug," which helps support the startle reflex.

The Swaddle Up™ is safe to use from birth. To ensure the swaddle fits correctly, we recommend choosing a size based on your baby’s current weight and height rather than age.
The Swaddle Up is available from 5 lbs all the way up to 19 lbs so suitable from newborn to approximately 3 months or when baby is starting to show signs of rolling.
