Delivery Fees
What do you charge for shipping? And how long will I have to wait for my order?
We don't charge any Delivery Fees on order over £50. For orders under £50, we charge a flat rate of £4.95 for all domestic deliveries.
What happens after I've placed my order?
Within 5 minutes you’ll receive an email with your order confirmation and details. Your order will be dispatched between 1-2 business days. You’ll receive an email with your tracking number. Your order will be delivered between 2-5 business days.
We currently ship to England, Scotland, Wales, Northern Ireland as well as to the Channel Isles, Isle of Man and BFPO. Unfortunately we are unable to ship outside of the United Kingdom at this time. Please contact us for further information around where you can buy LOVE TO DREAM™ products overseas.
Typical shipping times after dispatch from the warehouse are as follows:
- UK mainland: Within 2-3 business days
- Northern Ireland: Up to 5 business days
- Scottish Islands & Highlands: Up to 5 business days
- Channel Isles: Up to 5 business days
- Isle of Man: Up to 5 business days
- BFPO: Up to 5 business days
