Shipping & Delivery

We ship to Canada, with free delivery on all orders over $50.

For orders under $50, we charge a flat delivery fee of $9.95.

What happens after I place my order?

  • Within 5 minutes, you’ll receive an email with your order confirmation and details. Please check your junk or spam folders as our emails unfortunately sometimes end up there.

If the email is not in your junk or spam folders, please contact us here for our Customer Support Team to assist you further.

  • Within 1 business day of placing your order online, your order will be on its way to you. You will receive a second email with your tracking number and a link to track the shipping. Again, please check your junk or spam folders for this email.

If the tracking email is not in your junk or spam folders, please contact us here for our Customer Support Team to assist you further.

  • 5-10 business days later, your order will be delivered. If you are located in an outlying area, this could take a little while longer.

At the moment, we are unable to ship to any rural areas, including all areas in which the postcode includes a "0" in the first three characters:
