What were your first thoughts and feelings after your baby was born?

How can I love this tiny human so much and wow breastfeeding is harder than I thought.

Did you settle quickly into a routine with your baby? If so, do you think it worked well for you?

Yes!!! I am all about routines. Sofia eats, takes her nap and goes to bed at the same time everyday. Now that my husband is deployed, having a routine is a life saver. Mami needs her me time after she is down for the night. :)

How soon after your baby was born did you begin to swaddle your baby?

Immediately. If we were not doing skin to skin at the hospital, Sof was wearing her LOVE TO DREAM™ SWADDLE UP™.

How did you come to know about LOVE TO DREAM™?

My mother in law!

Do you feel like using the LOVE TO DREAM™ range of products has made a positive impact on you and your baby's sleep?

Yes!!!! She still wears LOVE TO DREAM™ sleep sack to sleep and I am positive that's the only reason why she cannot climb out of her crib. Win-win for all of us. Also, we loved the LOVE TO DREAM 50/50™ Warm 2.5 TOG. She was nice and warm during the winter and we were not worried about putting a blanket in her crib.

What is the one thing you wish you'd known before you became a parent?

Use a pacifier day one and be ready for breastfeeding challenges. We had a rough start with breastfeeding but I breastfed Sofia for over 15 months!

Three words to describe life before parenthood and three to describe life after becoming a parent?

Before: sleep, leisure and glamour

Post: coffee, purpose and poop or chocolate?

What is the one piece of advice you’d offer new parents or parents-to-be?

Don't be hard on yourself and every baby is different so don't compare yourself or your baby to others. Sleep, sleep and sleep hehehe!
